We anticipate that you will be pleased with your purchase from Barefoot Bling. In the event that you do wish to return an item, you may return the item for either an exchange or a refund. Please contact us at customerservice@barefootbling.com if you plan to return an item. Please include in your email your name, order number and contact information. Item(s) MUST be returned within 21 days of initial order in unworn, unused and perfect condition. We cannot exchange or refund items with signs of obvious damage or wear.
For hygienic reasons, Crystal Glass Nail files may not be returned or exchanged.
Should you simply require a toe ring of a different size, one sizing exchange will be granted free of additional shipping charges. The exchange will be shipped to you once the original ring, in original, brand new condition, is received at the Barefoot Bling offices. International customers wishing to exchange rings for sizing reasons, will incur an additional $10 fee to have their exchange shipped back to them.
Please include a copy of your invoice, or a note, with all returns. Customer pays return shipment postage on returns and exchanges. For your protection, we recommend insuring the package, obtaining a tracking confirmation method, and wrapping it securely. We do not refund initial shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges not toe ring sizing related.

Toe Rings are guaranteed against breakage for 6 months from date of purchase, under conditions of normal wear. (Tarnish, scratches and dents are not considered breakage.) For toe rings with CZs or crystals, the following guarantee(s) applies: Sterling Silver rings with crystals: 30 day guarantee. If you lose a stone within 30 days of purchase date, we will repair/replace it for you upon receipt of the ring and copy of invoice. 14K Gold rings with CZs: 6 month guarantee. If you lose a stone within 6 months of purchase date, we will repair/replace it for you upon receipt of ring and copy of invoice. Illusion band toe ring and anklets are not covered by guarantees. All sales are final on sale or clearance items.
